Red Tour of Cappadocia

Meal: Lunch

You will be picked up your hotel for the full day guided north of Cappadocia tour.  (Pick up time depends on the location of your hotel.)

After meeting other members of the group and your local tour guide, you will see the main area of Cappadocia.
The tour will start by visiting, Devrent Valley. Here is also known as imagination valley as well where you see lots of fairy chimneys with interesting shapes like camel rock, mushroom-like shapes and more. you can enjoy the valley while walking through the rock formations. Then drive to Pasabaglari. Also, We call here monks valley too.At the end of 5-th-century, one of the saints called St.Simeon from Syria came here and lived in a cave in the valley and live as a hermit. Here you find all the fairy chimneys with three caps on them.
Afterward, drive to Avanos, We can call here as the heart of art and handicrafts of the area. Here is the small town where the locals make potteries and ceramics. This tradition was first started by Hittites 4000 years ago. Red River (Kızılırmak in Turkish), passes through the village.
Then we have lunch at a local restaurant. Then proceed to Goreme, the name is given here in history Korama, Avcılar and still called Maccan by locals. This is the place where you see lots of rock-cut churches with best paintings of the area. Here was used as missionary school beginning from 2-nd-centuries till 12-th-centuries.
Visiting Goreme Open Air Museum, featuring the most impressive of all rock-carved churches in Cappadocia. Esentepe, That s the best view you can ever see in the area.You will have a break on a hill called Esentepe where you see all the marvelous looking valleys with different shapes and the volcanoes shaped them. Our last stop will be Uchisar. Here is the small village which is famous for a huge castle used by Christians. There were 3 castles like this located in the area. The others are in Ortahisar and Urgup.
After the Cappadocia red tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel around 17:00 pm.

    It is the another great chance to arial tour operator s arranged for you . So North Cappadocia tour, (Visiting, some of the Valleys famous with mushroom shape of rock formations ( Fairy Chimneys) , Goreme open air museum (one of the most important and known ancient site all around the world which on the Heritage list of Unesco ) Uçhisar Castle , (The Highest point of Cappadocia region have great panaromic view of all Cappadocia ) Pegion Valley (Famous about old pigeon houses who used by the local people for earn their lives .Because they were using the pigeon dropping as a fertilizer for their gardens and farms the beginning of this centuries . But the most important point is after that much time past since beginning all of these place are suiltable for the visit still .

    During my Cappadocia visit in turkey i arrange my favorite itinerary list.According to this itinerary the first place in my list is was Cappadocia .Because almost each comment or knowledge that i heard about this place is agree about it is a Natural Wonder in the earth also there was many place worth to see and the variety of the activity that i joined for example ;North Cappadocia tour,(Visiting, some of the Valleys famous with Mushroom shape of rock formations which formed after million years erosion and natural effects( Fairy Chimneys) , Goreme open air museum (one of the most important and known ancient site all around the world which on the Heritage list of Unesco and especially full of the natural rock caves) Uçhisar Castle (The highest point of Cappadocia region have great panaromic view of all Cappadocia also it is on the entrance part of Cappadocia region )Pegion Valley(Famous about old pigeon houses who used by the local people for earn their lives .because they were using the pigeon droppings as a fertilizer for their gardens and farms the beginning of this centurys.

    Here is the some information from my previous North Cappadocia tour in Cappadocia region,Turkey (Its visiting, Devrent and Pasabagi valleys known with mushroom rock formations which formed after very long time erosion and natural effects( Fairy Chimneys) , Goreme open air museum (one of the most important and known ancient site all around the world which on the Heritage list of Unesco and especially full of the natural rock caves) Uçhisar Castle (The highest point of Cappadocia region have great panaromic view of all Cappadocia also it is on the entrance part of Cappadocia region )Pegion Valley(Famous about old pigeon houses who used by the local people for earn their lives .because they were using the pigeon droppings as a fertilizer for their gardens and farms the beginning of this centurys. İf you didnt visit to cappadocia yet its just big missing.but dont worry Its never too late.

    l went to Cappadocia wit my wife and we stayed there 2 night. We had join to North of Cappadocia tour . We did contact this travel agency and they provided us everything. The tour started at 0920 am from our hotel and we started our tour . It was a fulld day -tour . The tour over around 16:45 pm . The guide was very informative us and kindly. The food was fantastic we3 liked a lot . Thank you very much ..

    l decided to go Turkey. Actually l went to Istanbul. I spent about 3 days there after 3 days . I decided to go Cappadocia for quik trip . l went to cappadocia for a daily . l joined to north of Capapdocia tour . All my transfer and fly ticket they did arrange for me . The tour was amaizng the tour guide he was very knowlage about Capppadocia . He did tel us all history about Cappadocia . The lunch was very deligious l love it . Thank you soo much for everything.

    What a nice trip that we have been in Cappadocia. We have been North of Cappadocia tour. We have been there only for one day and our travel agency they provided everything for us.All transfers and flight ticket tours guiding service as well. We are happy that we booked our trip on this webside because they dont make better than them …

    Dream trip to Cappadocia. One of my freind she been to Cappadocia and she did tell me many things about this place. Thats why l wanted to see this city. Finnaly l went there and l did not believe it was very unique place. I booked my trip before l go there. My travel agency they arrange everything for me. I advise to everyone to go there and muct see fantastic place tahnk you verymuch for alll those nice things.

    I wanna share one of my holiday experience in cappadocia Turkey 3.5 years ago Because it was an incredible holiday for me also i had a great time with the people that i met in this journey (Locals and the rest of my group members) and ofcourse the places that i visit with a regular tour group.
    We started from Istanbul and continue to Cappadocia by flight.It takes 1,5 hour from Istanbul than get on the public transportation andtransport approx 1 hours to going to our beginning point for join to one of the best tour called North cappadocia.Its started around 09:30 and we visited to important spots of Cappadocia.I wish that all my family were there with me .Because Cappadocia is one of the world wonder for me after my great experience there already.
